Course Credits:
Students who are no longer able to attend their scheduled course have the option of receiving a credit for the total amount of their registration. Credits will never expire and are transferrable between different courses and students. All credit requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the course via email to [email protected].
Rescheduling:
All courses may be rescheduled up to 10 business days before your course, subject to a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling with less than 10 business days before your course is only allowed for medical reasons and must be accompanied by a medical note. Send your rescheduling requests to [email protected] for more details.

Unfortunately, UTEFR has a no refund policy. If you believe you have an extenuating circumstance, please email us at [email protected] to discuss them.
No Shows:
